I’m Liz, and I help people of all ages build lasting strength, improve mobility, and feel more energised. I believe that movement is medicine — and that when we move well, we feel better in every part of life.
As a personal trainer, I specialise in combining strength and mobility training to improve how your body moves — whether that's for everyday life or to enhance athletic performance.
At Freshford Fitness, there are three pathways to support your fitness journey:
Group Fitness Sessions
Small Group Personal Training
1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training
Many clients choose to blend group sessions with personal training to get the best of both worlds — motivation, structure, and personalised guidance.
Join the community and receive termly timetable updates and (very!) occasional news on events and special offers.
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the full rate.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at the full rate.
Six-session packages must be used within six months of purchase.

Class passes are designed to be used within a half-term block and have a two-month expiry. The expiry begins from the first booked session.
If cancelling a session booked with a pass, you must do so at least 2 hours in advance to retain the class credit.
Unused credits cannot be refunded after the two-month period.
Drop-in bookings are non-refundable, but a catch-up class on another day will be offered wherever possible.
