Welcome to Freshford Fitness

I’m Liz, and I help people of all ages build lasting strength, improve mobility, and feel more energised. I believe that movement is medicine — and that when we move well, we feel better in every part of life.

As a personal trainer, I specialise in combining strength and mobility training to improve how your body moves — whether that's for everyday life or to enhance athletic performance.

At Freshford Fitness, there are three pathways to support your fitness journey:

Many clients choose to blend group sessions with personal training to get the best of both worlds — motivation, structure, and personalised guidance.

FAQ

I do! You can choose to drop in or purchase a class pass for a discounted rate.

You can book via the Schedule page, and can buy class passes on the Packages page. It's possible to book for several sessions at the same time.

Once registered, you can use the Offering Tree app to buy class passes and book sessions – just search for Freshford Fitness in the app.

A health-screening form needs to be completed before participating in any sessions. It only takes a couple of minutes, and only needs to be done once. The link will also be emailed after your first booking.

Absolutely! Trial classes are available at a discounted rate of £5. Simply use the code TRIAL5 at checkout.

Please don't worry! You will be absolutely fine. I always give plenty of options and you can take it at your own pace, so the workouts evolve with you. Just start where you're at and build from there, but do start :-).

Yes, there are site-owned, free car parks by both group-fitness venues, and a couple of parking spaces outside the home gym.

Please bring water to all sessions and an exercise mat to Freshford sessions (or let me know if you need to borrow one). No need to bring a mat to Falcon Fitness sessions.

For Outdoor Bootcamp, we train outdoors whatever the weather! Please wear/bring appropriate layers.

I'm qualified to deliver pre/postnatal fitness, and am hoping to launch a dedicated postnatal group session soon. Please do get in touch if this would be of interest!

My training covers many long-term health conditions, and I am also used to modifying exercises for various niggles! The best thing to do is get in touch so we can have chat and ensure the sessions will be appropriate for you.

Cancellation Policy

Personal Training (1:1 & 1:2)

  • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the full rate.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at the full rate.

  • Six-session packages must be used within six months of purchase.


Small Group Personal Training

  • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.

  • Six-session packages must be used within six months of purchase.


Group Fitness Sessions

  • Class passes are designed to be used within a half-term block and have a two-month expiry. The expiry begins from the first booked session.

  • If cancelling a session booked with a pass, you must do so at least 2 hours in advance to retain the class credit.

  • Unused credits cannot be refunded after the two-month period.

  • Drop-in bookings are non-refundable, but a catch-up class on another day will be offered wherever possible.
