As a personal trainer and yoga teacher, I specialise in developing strength and mobility concurrently to enhance movement patterns in everyday life and/or athletic performance.

1:1/1:2 TRAINING
- You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the full rate. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged at the full rate.
- Six-session packages have a six-month expiry.
GROUP SESSIONS
- Class passes are designed and priced to be used within a half-term block, and have a two-month expiry. For bookings made via a class pass, you can cancel up to two hours in advance and the class credit will not be deducted from your pass. No refunds can be given for unused class pass credits. The two-month period begins at the time of the first booked session.
- Drop-in bookings are non-refundable, but a catch-up class on another day will be offered wherever possible.
- Unlimited class passes are set to expire at the end of the stated block, and cannot be carried over.
